My stay at Blue Butterfly Hotel was a mixed bag. The staff were super friendly and dedicated, helping me with everything I needed, but the lack of privacy in the private room was a bummer. The jungle setting was beautiful, and I loved the communal area with hammocks, but the noise from the volunteers and the neighbors made it hard to relax sometimes.

I reserved a private room, but it wasn't very private at all. The walls were paper thin, and I could hear everything happening outside and next door. There were also a few holes in the floor, which made me anxious about dropping anything. The door didn't close properly either, which was a bit concerning.

The staff, including the volunteers, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They offered great recommendations on places to eat and visit. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to address my concerns.

The location was awesome, just a short walk to bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and the beach, but still surrounded by nature. It felt like I was deep in the jungle while being close to everything.

They offered delicious Caribbean-style meals for just $5, which was a steal! I loved having the option to eat there and try local flavors without spending a fortune.

The communal area was really nice with hammocks where I could chill, and they even provided free coffee in the mornings! However, the WiFi was hit or miss, and I had an issue with water availability for showers during my stay.

I had an overwhelmingly pleasant experience at the Blue Butterfly. although there were some downsides. The warm welcome from Venetia upon my late arrival set a positive tone. but the communal kitchen is restricted to long-term guests, which made dining a bit challenging. Despite being in a lively area, I found the facilities basic, and the shared bathrooms sometimes led to wait times during busy hours.

My stay at the Blue Butterfly Hotel was a good experience, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and a jungle setting that felt safe and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally trustworthy and accommodating, making my visit nice. However, I did notice some issues with the noise levels and privacy in private rooms, which might deter those seeking a quiet retreat. Overall, I can't wait to return! 🌿🏨

My stay at Blue Butterfly Hotel was good, with a perfect mix of jungle vibes and convenience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me on local attractions. However, I did notice a few harmless bugs due to the forest setting. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place! 🌴✨

I stayed in a double room that featured a comfy bed and a mosquito net. The bathroom was always clean and had hot water, which I appreciated. However, I'd suggest bringing bug spray, as the jungle can have some insects.

My stay at Blue Butterfly Hotel was a mix of charm and challenges. While the jungle setting and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere, the room's size and limited facilities left something to be desired. The quiet hours were a blessing for restful nights amid the bustling town. Overall, it's a decent option if you're seeking a relaxed vibe, but some improvements would enhance the experience. 🌿🌊

Nestled in the jungle, the location is peaceful and just a short walk from the beach. I loved the proximity to the forest, although it was a bit removed from the town's nightlife.
Dining

The kitchen facilities had strict rules, limiting access for short-term guests, which was frustrating. I ended up eating out more than I intended due to the restrictions on using the kitchen.
Facilities

The amenities were limited, with only two toilets/showers for a busy hostel, leading to wait times. There was a fridge, but it barely worked, and kitchen supplies were minimal.
